Workshop International sur les Nouvelles Technologies sans Fil et Systèmes Répartis WITS-2014

L’école Nationale des Sciences Appliquées de Fès- Maroc, organise le Workshop International sur les Nouvelles Technologies sans Fil et Systèmes Répartis WITS-2014 du 09 et 10 Avril 2014 à Fès.

L'objectif principal de WITS’2014 est de créer un espace de partage et d’échange en ce qui à trait aux nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication.

Par ailleurs, cette activité se veut un pôle d’attraction qui regroupera des experts de diverses composantes de la communauté nationale et internationale intéressées par le thème, en l’occurrence : chercheurs, industriels, doctorants et ingénieurs.

Les thèmes abordés traiteront des récents développements et de l'état d'art dans les travaux de recherche relevant des technologies émergentes et des systèmes répartis dédiés aux réseaux sans fil.

Le WITS’2014 se déroulera en 2 jours, en plus des communications orales et des posters (en langues français ou anglais) traitant plusieurs thèmes d’actualité dans le domaine des réseaux sans fil et leurs applications, des conférences invitées seront programmées et animées par des spécialistes internationaux.

Les participants au workshop WITS’2014 auront, ainsi, l'occasion de :

-       mettre à jour leurs connaissances autour des progrès réalisés dans le domaine des technologies sans fil.

      -     favoriser l’échange et la coopération entre les chercheurs universitaires à travers la présentation et la discussion des travaux soumis.

Scope and topics:

Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) are the rising technology in near future to build cooperative vehicular networks. One major challenge for future smart vehicles is that a variety of different ITS applications are supposed to communicate with the variety of different units (e.g., communicating energy levels with electric vehicles in Smart Grids); consequently the demand for highly customized communication channel for individual or a set of ITS applications is increased. This workshop is intended to serve as a forum and bring together the researchers and engineers in both academia and industry to exchange ideas, share experiences, and report original works about all aspects of inter-vehicle communication. The main purpose is to promote discussions of research and relevant activities in the design of architectures, algorithms, mobility and traffic models, and applications.

         Call for papers

Next generation cloud systems will require a paradigm shift in how they are constructed and managed. Conventional control and management platforms are facing considerable challenges regarding flexibility, dependability and security that next generation systems will require. The cloud computing paradigm has gone part of the way towards alleviating some of the problems associated with resource allocation, utilization and managements (e.g., via elasticity). However, many of the elements of a well-designed cloud environment remain “stiff” and hard to modify and adapt in an integrated fashion. This includes underlying networking topologies, many aspects of the user control over IaaS, PaaS or SaaS layers when such is needed, construction of XaaS services, provenance and meta-data collection, and so on. In many situations the problem may be because service abstraction is inadequate. Software Defined Systems (SDS) are systems that have added software components which help abstract actual IT equipment and other layers. One classical example, of course, are hypervisors. Such separation provides a great opportunity for system administrators to more easily construct and managing their systems through flexible software layers. Software Defined Systems include Software Defined Networking (SDN), Software Defined Storage, Software Defined Servers (Virtualization), Software Defined Datacenters (SDD), Software Defined Security (SDSec), and ultimately Software Defined Clouds (SDCloud) to name a few possibilities. Individual solutions and seamless integration of these abstractions remains in many respects a challenge. The first International workshop on Software Defined Systems (SDS -2014) is a forum for scientists, researchers, students, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, and developments in the area of software defined systems – both components and their integration - and by implication advancement of next generation clouds.

Manuscripts should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically at Paper Submission Link.A full paper should not exceed 6 pages (including all figures, tables and references).A paper submitted to SDS 2014 cannot be under review for any other conference or journal during the entire time it is considered for SDS 2014. All submissions are peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Services. The best papers will be selected for a special? issue of IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing (TCC). IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if none of the authors attends the conference to present their paper.

• Généralisation du module de formation en création d'entreprises innovantes "Innova Project" au niveau des établissements d'enseignement supérieur (EES) concernés pour l'année académique 2013-2014 et Mise en place d'un Project Management Office (PMO) pour le pilotage et suivi du module au niveau des EES pilotes et futurs. La date limite de soumission des candidatures est le 16 juillet courant.

Pour le premier appel d'offres, l'idéal est d'avoir un consortium d'une entreprise de communication spécialisée dans l'animation de réseaux sociaux et une SS2I. Néanmoins, il peut exister des entreprises qui ont des références dans les deux domaines concernés.

Pour le deuxième, une alliance entre une entreprise référencées dans la création d'entreprises et un cabinet spécialisé dans le management de projets et PMO est convenable. Même remarque par rapport aux entreprises admettant les deux domaines de compétences requis.

Rencontre « Réussir les programmes de l’innovation : Une mobilisation public-privé »

Depuis le démarrage opérationnel de la Stratégie « Maroc Innovation » en mars 2011, le Ministère de l’Industrie, du Commerce et des Nouvelles Technologies a lancé, en partenariat avec différentes parties prenantes concernées, plusieurs chantiers et programmes qui visent à mettre en place un écosystème favorable à l’innovation dans notre pays.

A l’occasion du lancement des appels à projets pour le financement de l’Innovation via Intilak, Tatwir et PTR et de l’appel à projets au titre de l’année 2013 pour la sélection des Clusters, le Ministère envisage d’organiser, en partenariat avec la Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM), une rencontre intitulée « Réussir les programmes de l’innovation : Une mobilisation public-privé » qui sera coprésidée par Monsieur le Ministre Abdelkader AMARA et Madame la Présidente de la CGEM Miriem BENSALAH CHAQROUN, le 16 avril 2013 à 15h30 au siège de la CGEM à Casablanca.

Cette rencontre sera l’occasion de présenter les résultats de la troisième édition des instruments de financement de l’innovation « Intilak » et « Tatwir », les nouveaux clusters sélectionnés lors du deuxième appel à projets et la remise des Trophées de l’Entreprise Innovante de l’édition 2012 ainsi que le lancement de l’édition 2013.

Rappel : Délai de dépôt des candidatures pour les appels à projets FSI

Le Ministère de l'Industrie a lancé le 19 février dernier la première édition 2013 des appels à projets des instruments de financement de l'innovation Intilak et Tatwir et l'appel à projets ouvert 2013 de l'instrument PTR.

Le délai de dépôt des candidatures Intilak et Tatwir est fixé pour le 19 avril 2013.

Pour information, les appels à projets et la soumission en ligne des dossiers de candidatures sont accessibles sur le guichet électronique des instruments d'appui à l'innovation installé au Centre Marocain de l'Innovation www.cmi.net.ma.

 La Fondation du Jeune Entrepreneur lance un appel à communication pour intervenir dans le cadre du Programme scientifique du Forum du Jeune Entrepreneur. Les communications devraient s’inscrire dans la thématique : « L’entrepreneuriat des jeunes en milieu rural ».

Cet appel s’adresse à tout expert(e), professionnel(le), chercheur(euse), accompagnateur(trice), formateur(trice), coach, etc. qui, partant de son expérience avec les jeunes entrepreneurs, notamment ceux évoluant en milieu rural, souhaite traiter une des thématiques programmées, ou modérer une des activités proposées.

Il est possible aussi de proposer une thématique qui, bien que ne figurant pas dans le programme, s’inscrit dans le thème général. De même, il est possible de proposer une activité consacré à une méthodologie d’appui à l’entrepreneuriat des jeunes.

Le milieu rural est entendu dans une acception large. Par-delà le simple cadre d’activités agricoles ou d’élevage traditionnelles, il doit être appréhendé comme un environnement qui peut être de nature urbaine mais qui, par ses liens intimes avec l’arrière-pays rural, et/ou par la carence d’infrastructures et des services existants typiquement dans un milieu urbain, porte en son sein des freins à la concrétisation des initiatives des jeunes porteurs de projets.

Les propositions doivent parvenir à la Fondation du Jeune Entrepreneur sous forme d’une brève présentation et un intitulé du thème, accompagné du CV de l’intervenant à l’adresse : info@forumdujeuneentrepreneur.ma. Dernier délai : 31 mars 2013.

Young Entrepreneur Foundation launches a call for papers to intervene in the Scientific Program of the Young Entrepreneur Forum. Communications should fit into the general theme: "Youth entrepreneurship in rural areas"

This call is open to expert, professional, researcher, trainer, teacher, coach, etc., which from his or her experience with young entrepreneurs, particularly those operating in rural areas, wishes to handle one of the themes, or organize one the proposed activities.

It is also possible to suggest a topic that fits into the general theme of the Forum, as well as propose a workshop that deal with a methodology of youth entrepreneurship support.

Rural areas is understood in a broad sense. Beyond the simple framework of traditional farming or breeding, it should be seen as an environment that can be urban in nature but which, through its close ties with the rural hinterland, and / or the deficiency of infrastructure and services existing typically in an urban environment, carries within it brakes to the implementation of the youth initiatives.

The proposals should be submitted to the Young Entrepreneur Foundation as a brief introduction and the title of the theme, accompanied by the CV of the speaker, addressed to: info@forumdujeuneentrepreneur.ma by March 31st, 2013.
