IEEE Conference - submission deadline approaching: November 15, 2013

Dear Colleague,

The submission deadline for the ICMCS'14 is approaching: November 15, 2013.

All papers that meet IEEE requirements, will be included in the IEEE Digital Library and extended versions of selected papers will be published in special issues of international journals.

So far, 3 keynote-talks has been programmed:
